It is compatible with PS, PET, and PC materials, and the winding system supports extra-large reels with a diameter over 1 meter for longer continuous runs.
The machine features a compact structure with an independently positioned control panel for ergonomic operation. Mold installation, removal, and adjustment are designed to be fast and straightforward—technicians can adjust heating, forming, and punching modules from the front side, reducing changeover time to within 1 hour. A direct servo pull-belt system ensures consistent indexing accuracy, while a touch-screen control interface and micrometer-based adjustments support repeatable setup and stable forming quality. Core components include Mitsubishi PLC, Panasonic servo motor, RKG PID temperature control, and Airtac pneumatic units, with configurations adjustable based on customer requirements.
