The machine features a compact structure with an independently positioned control panel for ergonomic operation. Mold installation, removal, and adjustment are designed to be fast and straightforward—technicians can adjust heating, forming, and punching modules from the front side, reducing changeover time to within 1 hour. A direct servo pull-belt system ensures consistent indexing accuracy, while a touch-screen control interface and micrometer-based adjustments support repeatable setup and stable forming quality.
