The YX-Z660-3 Fully Automatic Carrier Tape Packaging Machine is designed for high-efficiency SMT component packaging, integrating vibrating disc feeding, robotic pick-and-place, and CCD vision inspection into a single automated system. The vibrating disc feeding mechanism physically identifies product orientation, enabling stable and accurate automatic feeding.
Equipped with a single swing-arm robotic system, the machine ensures fast and precise placement, while the CCD detection module inspects component direction, detects missing or incorrect placements, and supports QR code recognition when required. The system offers strong compatibility and can be customized according to specific product dimensions and packaging requirements, with a typical customization lead time of 20–30 working days.
The YX-Z660-3 supports flexible parameter configuration, including empty pocket settings, packaging quantity, carrier tape and cover tape specifications, tape length, and remaining-material alarms. It is suitable for a wide range of components such as resistors, capacitors, fuses, connectors, crystal oscillators, silicon microphones, shielding covers, nickel sheets, stamped metal parts, touch switches, and various 3C SMT components.
