设备结构紧凑，控制面板独立布置，便于人体工学操作。模具安装、拆卸和调整流程简便快捷——技术人员可从正面调整加热、成型和冲孔模块，将换型时间缩短至1 小时以内。直驱式伺服牵引带系统确保稳定的步进精度，触摸屏控制界面与基于微分尺的调节方式支持可重复的设定和稳定的成型质量。核心部件包括Mitsubishi PLC、Panasonic 伺服电机、RKG PID 温控以及Airtac 气动元件，配置可根据客户需求进行调整。
