YX-Z77-1 托盘转移式载带包装机是一种自动化解决方案，用于将元器件直接从托盘转移至载带包装。该设备在单一工作流程中集成了托盘处理、CCD视觉检测、机器人取放以及载带封装。
系统支持二维码识别、方向及缺件检测，并可自动分离NG产品，在SMT生产环境中实现≥5,000 pcs/hour的稳定高效包装性能。
YX-Z77-1 托盘转移式载带包装机是一种自动化托盘转载带解决方案，可将叠放托盘中的元器件转移至载带包装，并集成CCD检测与机器人取放。
操作人员在放置工位装载10–20个托盘，设备自动从最上层托盘取料，将元器件输送至检测工位，并对OK产品进行自动包带与收卷；NG产品不进行包装，分离至接收盒。
系统支持可配置的包装逻辑，包括前/后空穴设置，以及可选的冷封或热封方式。CCD检测用于验证方向一致性、检测缺件或反向安装，并可识别产品表面的二维码以上传至Max系统。
在产线换型时，设备可调用不同托盘尺寸及XY转移参数（载带轨道宽度需手动调节），以实现更快速的物料切换。
