设备配备单摆臂机器人系统，确保高速且精确的放置；CCD 检测模块用于检测元器件方向、识别缺料或错放情况，并在需要时支持 QR 码识别。系统兼容性强，可根据具体产品尺寸和包装要求进行定制，典型定制交期为20–30 个工作日。
YX-Z660-3 支持灵活的参数配置，包括空穴设置、包装数量、载带与盖带规格、带长以及余料报警等功能。适用于电阻、电容、保险丝、连接器、晶体振荡器、硅麦克风、屏蔽罩、镍片、冲压金属件、轻触开关以及多种3C SMT 元器件。
