YX-Z77-1 托盤轉移式載帶包裝機是一套自動化解決方案，設計用於將元件直接從托盤轉移至載帶包裝。其整合托盤處理、CCD 視覺檢測、機器人取放以及載帶封合於單一工作流程中。
系統支援 QR code 辨識、方向與缺件檢測，並可自動分離 NG 產品，在 SMT 生產環境中提供 ≥5,000 pcs/hour 的穩定高效率包裝效能。
YX-Z77-1 托盤轉移式載帶包裝機為一套自動化 Tray-to-Tape 解決方案，透過整合 CCD 檢測與機器人取放，將元件從堆疊托盤轉移至載帶包裝。
操作人員於放置位置裝載 10–20 個托盤，設備會自動自最上層托盤取件，輸送至檢測工位，並將 OK 件進行自動包覆與回捲後封裝至載帶。NG 件則不包裝，分離至收料箱。
系統支援可設定的包裝邏輯，包括前/後空穴設定，以及可選擇冷封或熱封。CCD 檢測可驗證方向一致性、偵測缺件或反向安裝，並可辨識產品表面的 QR code 以上傳至 Max 系統。
在產線換線時，設備提供不同托盤尺寸與 XY 轉移設定的參數調用（載帶軌道寬度需手動調整），以加快物料切換速度。
